RPL Central® Pty. Ltd own the patent rights to Online RPL Central® for the whole of Australia (Patent #: 2009100601). The patent has been certified by IP Australia and is enforceable. Any company that provides a customer with an upload facility requesting evidence or information pertaining to a Nationally Accredited Unit of Competency or training programme needs to purchase a license from RPL Central®, and use the RPL Wizard®.

RPL Central® take allegations of patent breach very seriously - and will be enforcing the patent from 2010. A significant investment has been placed in research and development of all online systems and intellectual property. It is our policy to commence litigation in the courts to protect our patent rights and partners.

If you have information that a Company or business has an interface that provides a customer with an upload facility requesting evidence or information pertaining to a Nationally Accredited Unit of Competency or training programme, and that is not using the RPL Wizard® framework, then please report this to us immediately.
